This year we are celebrating the fifty-second anniversary of the establishment of the Teachers College that gave rise to Pomeranian University in Słupsk. Traditionally, on the occasion of the jubilee, we organize University Anniversary Celebrations, which this year will be enriched with a global event entitled "International Day".
The event aims to highlight the extremely important role of international cooperation with our partners from all over the world. It serves both to promote internationalization and is an excellent opportunity to present the cultural richness and student activity. It is also a good opportunity to learn more about universities from other countries.
During the live broadcast on 28 May between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. you can expect a number of attractions. The ceremony will be inaugurated by the Rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, professor Zbigniew Osadowski. The address will be followed by presentations of universities from around the world, competitions with prizes, a battle of music bands and interviews with interesting people. We will also introduce you to the Pomeranian University in Słupsk, the region and Polish culture.
On this day between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. you can consult our experts from the Admissions Office and the International Office. We encourage you to ask questions about the fields of study, admission requirements, tuition fees and the possibility of taking part in international exchanges within European programs (Erasmus +, Norway Grants) or a double diploma or semester exchange programmes. You can talk with the consultants in Polish, English and Russian via Zoom platform.
