Pomeranian University in Słupsk was once again visited by scouts from the Słupsk Scout Troop (ZHP) along with Scout Leader Krystyna Anuszkiewicz. They brought us the Bethlehem Light of Peace accompanied by this year's message: "Love through Action."
In November 2024, a delegation of students and faculty from Pomeranian University’s English Department visited Japan as part of our longstanding exchange program with Jiyu Gakuen College. This initiative, which began several years ago, aims to strengthen cultural and academic ties through immersive experiences and collaborative learning.
On 21 November 2024, dr Piotr Gancarz from the Department of Neophilology, Institute of Philology, delivered a lecture on the topic "Nonverbal Communication in the Process of Intercultural Communication" as part of his teaching and research internship at the National Forestry University of Ukraine in Lviv.
November 2024 has proven a very active month as regards our international collaboration. Another important event took place between 3 and 7 November 2024 in Warsaw. Bringing together over 370 leading experts and specialists in nuclear energy law and nuclear safety from around the world, The Nuclear Inter Jura 2024 Congress was an extremely important event in light of the construction of first nuclear power plants in Poland.
On 14 November 2024 the Rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, professor Zbigniew Osadowski, hosted a delegation of the Institute operating under the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, headed by its Director, professor Oleksandr Tsereniuk.
