Physiotherapists with Master’s Degrees from Pomeranian University in Słupsk!

We are pleased to announce that Natalia Kuzovova, PhD – a researcher from Kherson who found refuge at Pomeranian University in Słupsk following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 – has been awarded a grant for the second time under the Scholar Rescue Fund (SRF) program, run by the Institute of International Education (IIE) in New York. Dr Kuzovova will receive funding for the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.

On 18 July, Pomeranian University in Słupsk bid farewell to another group of graduates who are closing an important chapter of their educational journey and beginning a new stage in life.

On 12 June 2025, a group of students from Kazakhstan, currently studying at the Institute of History at Pomeranian University in Słupsk, went on a city tour titled “The Secrets of Słupsk Tenement Houses”, led by professor Elżbieta Kal. The event was organized as part of the Active University project.

On Saturday, a mass casualty simulation was conducted near the dormitories of Pomeranian University in Słupsk. The event was organized by the Institute of Health Sciences – Department of Emergency Medical Services. The simulated scenario involved 30 "injured" patients, 20 of whom were in critical condition. The rescue operations were carried out using authentic protocols and medical transport procedures.
