Christmas Meeting with International Students
On 16 December 2025, a special Christmas meeting with international students took place at the Creative Initiatives Farm in Swołowo. The event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate this beautiful season together, share cultural experiences, and build a sense of community among students from different countries.
The evening began with a gingerbread decorating workshop, during which participants could feel the magic and warmth of the holidays while creating their own Christmas treats. The workshop provided a space for creativity and fun, setting a cheerful and heartwarming holiday mood.
Next, a Christmas concert was held, performed by Agnieszka Łabuda-Wiatr (vocals) and Łukasz Jankowski (piano). The performance was so inspiring that students joined in singing carols together, filling the room with joy and holiday spirit.
No Polish Christmas celebration would be complete without traditional dishes such as beetroot soup with pastries, dumplings, herring, and delicious cake for dessert. These traditional flavors highlighted the unique character of the evening and added an authentic touch of Polish holiday culture.
The atmosphere of the event was truly exceptional - filled with warmth, joy, and the spirit of Christmas. The Office for Development and Cooperation sincerely thanks all students and guests for their participation, which made this meeting unforgettable.
The event was organized as part of the project called “Social Responsibility - The Impact of Regional Universities as a Factor Stimulating Intergenerational Social Activity - Active University 5 Plus.”
