Internships under the KRASP and Elsevier program at Pomeranian University in Słupsk have begun
The Vice-Rector for Science, professor Piotr Frąckiewicz, met with three doctoral students from T.H. Shevchenko National University “Chernihiv Colehium” in Chernihiv (Ukraine), who have begun a research internship at our university. The internships at the University are supervised by professor Halina Tkaczenko, and professor Natalia Kurhaluk (Institute of Biology).
The internships are conducted as part of a scholarship program jointly run by the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP/KRASP) and the international publishing house Elsevier.
The program aims to support doctoral students and young scientists from Ukraine by enabling them to undertake short-term research internships at Polish universities, develop their scientific competencies, gain experience, and strengthen international academic cooperation.
The university has obtained PLN 87,000 in funding for the program.
We hope that the internship will bring many mutual benefits and contribute to the further development of scientific cooperation. It is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge, as well as to initiate joint research projects.
