Pomeranian University in Słupsk participates in an educational mission in the Kingdom of Morocco
On 3-5 November 2025, the Rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, professor Zbigniew Osadowski, and the Vice-Rector for Development and Cooperation, professor Marek Łukasik, took part in an educational mission in the Kingdom of Morocco.
The mission was organized by the “Perspektywy” Educational Foundation as part of the Study in Poland program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Rabat, headed by Ambassador Tomasz Orłowski and Consul Andrzej Szydło.
The event brought together 11 Polish academic institutions representing various regions of Poland and different areas of higher education development.
Our delegation had the opportunity to meet representatives of leading Moroccan universities, including Hassan II University in Casablanca and Mohammed V University in Rabat. The meetings took place in a very friendly atmosphere, and the openness and professionalism of the Moroccan partners made a great impression on the participants of the mission.
During the visit, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in student exchange, joint scientific research, and participation in international educational programs.
An important part of the program was a visit to the Delegation of the European Union in Rabat, where potential support programs for cooperation between Polish and Moroccan universities were discussed.
The participation of Pomeranian University in Słupsk in this mission marks another step in strengthening the university’s position in the international academic community. Together with our Moroccan partners, we are creating new pathways for academic and research cooperation.
