On 13 June 2022 students and faculty of our University as well as students from partner secondary schools took part in an online meeting with Lionbridge enterprise. The meeting was co-organised by the Department of English Studies.

Celebrating its 53. Anniversary, Pomeranian University of Słupsk has organised an important gala event, whose overarching aim was to award outstanding individuals involved in activities for the benefit of the local and regional community and a charity auction “For Ukraine”. The ceremony was inaugurated by the Rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, professor Zbigniew Osadowski.

On 9-10 June 2022, the Presidium Meeting and the Plenary Assembly of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in (CRASP) inaugurated celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the Conference. Hosted by the University of Warsaw, the event was a good opportunity to bring closer the history of CRASP, but also to discuss current challenges and future plans.

On 9 June 2022 on the University campus at Arciszewskiego street, students, academic staff and all invited guests, including school children and teeagers from secondary schools, celebrated the 53rd birthday of our University in the form of Sports and Science Festival.

Our University has finished an important investment that will benefit the entire university and the local community. A new modern multi-purpose lecture hall will serve as a conference venue, concert hall, and educational facility. It will also perform a representative function.  

The Polish Ministry of Education and Science organised a course for university leaders in the area of modern management in higher education. The course took place at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, between 9-13 May 2022. It was attended by 15 representatives of Polish universities, including our Vice-Rector for Development and Cooperation, professor Marek Łukasik.
